09:00 am : Gathering at Parade ground
10:00 am : Registration & Kit – collection.
11:00 am : Inaugural Ceremony
11:15 am : Rally to Press Club
11:45 am : Rally ends. 

Bus starts for Kumira from press Club Circle
Snacks will be served up on boarding buses
12:50 pm : Arrival at PC
01:15 pm : Break for Jumaa and Lunch
02:30 pm : Those Golden days we recall
04; 30 pm : Salatul Asr
05:00 pm : Alumni’s presentation
06:15 pm : Salatul magrib. Snacks
06:45 pm : Cultural Show (by guest performers)
08:00 pm : Salatul Isha
08:30 pm : Raffle draw

Gift distribution
09:00 pm : Dinner
10:00 pm : Closing and bus starts to different routes
